Ballfield Resiliency Project
View allThe Battery Park City ballfields are located at a geographical low point making them susceptible to flooding, as experienced during Super Storm Sandy . To avoid future damage and ensure that both the ballfields and community center remain fully operational all year round, flood protection systems were constructed and completed in 2020.
